This review is from: Cuisinart 66-10 Chef’s Classic Nonstick Hard-Anodized 10-Piece Cookware Set (Kitchen)
I’ve had this cookware for 3 years. Loved it until this last year when the frying pans stopped doing their job. I always washed them by hand w/ nothing harsher than a scrubbee sponge made for non-stick surfaces. Always use medium to low heat and remove them from the burner as soon as I turn the burner off. I store them in my cabinet w/ foam sheeting to protect them from getting scratched! Use utensils for non-stick, etc. Haven’t been able to make an omelette in them for almost a year now, even w/ lightly oiling the pan!. Everything sticks and I’m lucky if a one-egg omelette turns out to be 1/2 scrambled egg by the time it gets to the plate. I purchased these because of the Cuisinart reputation and Lifetime Warranty figuring if they’re warrantying it for a lifetime, Cuisinart has to have faith in the quality of their product. I’m going to put it to the test this week and see what happens, if they back it up and I’ll report back here.
(BTW this is the first time I’ve ever felt called to write a product review.)
