I have an electric, ceramic smooth top stove. I finally found cookware that stays flat on my cooktop. The Swiss Diamond does a superb job of cooking and performs exacly as advertised. Cooks evenly, washes in a snap, can’t ask for anything more. I think of the money I spent on other brands that warp and spin and do not heat evenly. This is well worth the price.
I wish the lid came assembled, the handle is sort of tricky to put together. Need to line up the steam spout and tighten it just right.
I also bought the 8″ and the 12.5″ fry pans. Got rid of all the old stuff.
